Our plugins, extensions, and digital tools are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools in accordance with your chosen subscription or purchase tier.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, redistributing, or attempting to extract the source code of our AI generation models without explicit permission.
We offer a free trial period (typically 30 days) to allow users to fully test the software and its features before purchasing a license. Because of this evaluation opportunity, all sales of lifetime or perpetual licenses are final, and we do not offer refunds once a license has been purchased at the end of the trial period.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall High Impact Tools or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software and materials provided on the platform.
